Marie Visos (CEO / Founder & Senior Paralegal) possesses more than 18 years of paralegal experience, with more than 70% of that substantial expertise gained at the following two largest U.S. immigration law firms: 

1) BAL Global in both McLean VA (D.C.) & Dallas TX; as well as 

2) Fragomen Worldwide in Chicago IL. 

Over the years, most of her training, received on various types of casework, has been provided by attorneys, instead of non-attorneys. Ms. Visos has performed casework for a variety of employment-based sponsors, from small shops or private households sponsoring one foreign national, to the largest publicly-traded U.S. businesses and much larger global businesses. She has experience doing casework for many industries (technology, pharmaceutical, finance, courier, engineering, warehouse logistics, management consulting, banking, commercial real estate fund managers, fashion, construction, restaurant....)

She's utilized the following variety of immigration case management software, which also shows agility/familiarity in learning quickly and often independently [Connect, ImmigrantPro, LawLogix (acq'd by Equifax), Docketwise (acq'd by MyCase), INSZoom (acq'd by Mitratech), as well as prior BAL/Fragomen systems (VisaBase/LotusNotes) ].

Further, Ms. Visos possesses high-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Software Suite including years of experience conducting form/document drafting/compilation, revision, and signatures/finalization entirely virtually, with easy, one-click finalized packet printing only necessary just prior to preparing a mailing for USCIS filing.
